The Internet is a
vehicle for free speech that our Founding Fathers could not fathom
in an era when the Pony Express was the quickest way to deliver
cross-country messages.
But today’s Church is using the prince’s power of the air against
him with online initiatives to stir concerned citizens to action.
Indeed, informational portals like the
CenterForMoralClarity.net,
Save-America-Now.com and OurFirstAmendment.Org are springing up all
over the World Wide Web in efforts to reach millions of believers
and unbelievers alike with the truth about our American heritage and
our responsibility to take back what the devil stole through
complacency.
These grassroots e-campaigns are designed to keep citizens abreast
of critical issues facing our country, like the Marriage Protection
Act, and urge visitors to make their voice heard in the legislature
and by God through prayer and supplication.
It’s a heavenly strategy, with 63 percent of the U.S. adult
population surfing the Web, according to the Pew Internet & American
Life Project, and nearly two-thirds of online Americans using the
Internet for faith-related reasons. With an opportunity to reach
more than 51 million God-fearing Americans, could change be too far
off?
