Wal-Mart Removes “Islam is the Light” Dolls from stores

Washington, DC: Wal-Mart managers are removing the Mattel doll that says "Islam is the Light" from store shelves, according to reports from parents and the media across the U.S. and Canada, as well as Wal-Mart employees. Many Wal-Mart managers have removed the controversial doll in the last two weeks, and others are removing it as soon as parents ask.

In Jesus' name he wrote. But he didn't get an "amen" from his teacher. In fact, he got penalized for it.
That boy is 11-year-old Andrew White. The youngster wrote a poem about Christmas but his teacher shaved off points from his grade for writing about Jesus.
In fact, the teacher, Latasha Atkins, insisted that mentioning Jesus was not allowed and asked him to write a new poem.

Atheists have erected a Christmas-basing sign in the Washington state Capitol building – with the governor’s blessing.
Governor Chris Gregoire is allowing “Freedom from Religion Foundation,” an anti-faith hate group, to install the sign that reads, in part: “There are no gods, no devils, no angels, no heaven or hell. There is only our natural world. Religion is but myth and superstition that hardens hearts and enslaves minds.”
