A new television ad called “Hot Air” is the third in what Floyd Brown promises will be a regular series of ads exposing Barack Obama for the left-wing politician that he is. Earlier ads, produced by Brown and aired online and on cable TV, have already been viewed over one million times so far this election year.
“Obama considers oil, which is the lifeblood of our nation, an ‘addiction,’ and would sacrifice our economy on the altar of environmentalist hysteria,” said Floyd Brown, founder of the National Campaign Fund and ExposeObama.com.
“We have released a new ad critical of his approach to the energy crisis because Senator Obama’s energy policies will severely hurt America’s economy, added Brown who was featured today on Good Morning America and earlier in the week in the New York Times.
Brown paraphrased his new television ad: “The thirty-second ad urges more energy production. Drilling for oil and natural gas, nuclear power, coal power, and further development of wind and solar, are more important to energy independence than Barack Obama’s desire for us to change our lifestyles.”
Brown was referencing Obama’s comments earlier this year, which are in the advertisement, adding, “Obama actually said that his solution is for us to eat less, drive smaller cars and keep our homes hot in the summer and cold in the winter.”
According to Brown, it gets worse.
He summarized Obama’s positions as follows: 1) Voted for factoring global warming into federal energy planning; 2) Voted for removing oil & gas exploration incentives and 3) Voted to ban both drilling and oil leasing in ANWR. “Barack Obama’s campaign slogan of hope and change has resonated, but as Americans start to look closer, they see only hot air,” concluded Brown.
