A judge who ruled that prayers in Jesus Name, at the Indiana House of Representatives was unconstitutional, but prayers to Allah were not, has been nominated by the Obama Administration to serve on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit.

Principal Robin Lowe of Friendswood Junior High in Houston, Texas allowed representatives from the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) to conduct a session in Islamic Training during Class time. CAIR allegedly has been linked to terror groups.
