Hate Crimes Bill Could Inhibit Free Religious Speech

The U.S. House Judiciary Committee will vote on a controversial legislation as soon as April 20th that seeks to add homosexual and transgender people to the list of classes federally protected from hate crimes. Kids Overhearing Christian Music Gets Counselor Six-Week Suspension

ORANGE COUNTY, Calif., Feb. 19 -- A lawsuit has been filed against Orange County by a veteran group home counselor who was suspended six weeks for exposing four teenagers to Christian music. The counselor is represented by affiliate and staff attorneys of Pacific Justice Institute.
