Delaware State Police say they have the person responsible for a deadly shooting at a church fundraiser in Newark. Police have arrested Monir George of White Hall, Pennsylvania. They say George walked into a Hilton Hotel banquet hall in during the fundraiser Sunday night, and opened fire. Eighty people were inside at the time of the shooting.
