Joyce Meyer Ministries is undertaking internal reforms in the wake of a congressional inquiry into its finances, Sen. Charles Grassley said Monday.
The extent of the changes are unclear. Grassley’s staff declined to elaborate.

Washington, D.C. - Sen. Charles Grassley issued a memo Monday saying that his staff is consulting with Senate lawyers about “next steps” to take in an increasingly acrimonious investigation of the finances of televangelist Kenneth Copeland’s ministry.

In November Republican Senator Charles Grassley of Iowa sent letters to six ministries that preach a gospel of prosperity about their finances.
Today Christian leaders signed a letter addressed to the Senate Finance Committee inquiring into the investigation of these ministries including Eddie Long, Randy and Paula White, Benny Hinn, Creflo Dollar, Joyce Meyer, and Kenneth Copeland.
