Swine Flu Sets Stage For Ending Private Property Rights

Why waste a crises? If you follow The Voice magazine you have heard that statement used before by politicians engaged in advancing a State socialist agenda. In fact every time there is a crises people are wondering what the government is really up to. Well, the swine flu will now make a way in the State of Massachusetts to allow public health officials to enter private property and quarantine its individuals.

The Massachusetts Senate has unanimously passed a pandemic flu preparation bill that has languished in the Legislature before the recent swine flu outbreak.

The new Senate version would allow the public health commissioner — in a public health emergency — to close or evacuate buildings, enter private property for investigations, and quarantine individuals.

Sen. Richard Moore, chair of the Health Care Financing Committee, says the swine flu outbreak provides added impetus to pass the measure.

    I live in Los Angeles County where they tell you what plants you can plant, you have to install a fire hydrant and then tell you your street is not wide enough to do a add on. God and Jesus Christ are my friend so live free and live happy be blessed.
