Ohio Teacher Files Federal Lawsuit Against Public School District

In a move to preserve our Christian culture and religious freedoms in America, an Ohio teacher has filed a lawsuit against the Mount Vernon City School District in Mount Vernon, Ohio. The District continues to be the center of controversy over issues of religious freedom.

John Freshwater, a 24-year veteran teacher, filed suit June 9 in U.S. District Court against the district, district administrators, and other parties for violations of free speech and equal protection under the U.S. Constitution.

Freshwater also cited violations of Ohio public policy, religious harassment, retaliation, conspiracy, defamation, and breach of contract.
Last fall, Freshwater was suspended after a conflict over his refusal to remove his personal Bible from his desk became public. After battling months to get back into his classroom, he has turned to the courts. This school year, public school staffers in the small community were ordered by administrators to remove all religious materials and displays from their rooms.

"I am pleased to see a public school teacher like John Freshwater willing to go outside his comfort zone and fight for the religious freedoms our forefathers guaranteed us through the U. S. Constitution," says Finn Laursen, Executive Director of Christian Educators Association International.

He continued, "I'm happy to serve someone of such high moral character as John Freshwater as a member of CEAI. John is proving to be a hero of the faith. It is imperative that all Christian educators, students, and parents be willing to step forward to insist on their rights, or those rights will slowly be forfeited."

the separation of church and state? This guy's a teacher, so he might want to look into a little document called "The United States Constitution". Start with the 1st amendment.

An explanation is in order for the now infamous "separation" dogma. The Congressional Records from June 7 to September 25, 1789, record the months of discussions and debates of the ninety Founding Fathers who framed the First Amendment. Thomas Jefferson though not one of those ninety who framed the First Amendment, his text has been been included and completely misconstrued. but also, during those debates not one of those ninety Framers ever mentioned the phrase "separation of church and state." It seems logical that if this had been the intent for the First Amendment – as is so frequently asserted-then at least one of those ninety who framed the Amendment would have mentioned that phrase; none did.

In summary, the "separation" phrase so frequently invoked today was rarely mentioned by any of the Founders; and even Jefferson's explanation of his phrase is diametrically opposed to the manner in which courts apply it today. "Separation of church and state" currently means almost exactly the opposite of what it originally meant.

Jefferson believed that the government was to be powerless to interfere with religious expressions for a very simple reason: he had long witnessed the unhealthy tendency of government to encroach upon the free exercise of religion.

Freedom of religious expression is per the Constitution of the United States an inalienable God-given right and therefore is protected from federal regulation or interference.

But people refuse to study the constitution!!!
Or the Founding Fathers intentions!!!

Three thing ares required to destroy a Republic

Destroy Nationalism,Destroy Patriotism,Remove God from the public arena. All three are occurring at an alarming rate.
