State Wants Infants to Five Year Olds

Why does the Federal Government want the infant to five year old children of our nation? Have you read the Obama-Biden “ZERO TO FIVE PLAN?” Here are a few quotes from our President-Elect:

“The Zero to Five plan places a key emphasis on early care and education for infants. This is essential for children to be ready to enter kindergarten.”

“I will create Early Learning Challenge Grants to promote State Zero to Five efforts to help States move toward voluntary, Universal pre-school.”

Friend, I can’t help but think that more education of our children, including "infants," by the Federal Government cannot be a good idea. This plan sounds like more social engineering and experimenting with the minds of the next generation. This idea spawns many questions to thinking Christians such as: Why is this essential for our children? Who will write the training materials? Will the politically correct teach things like same sex relationships, obedience to authorities (but not including parents), and allegiance to the United Nations and international law? Will the mention of Christ in speech, garments or toys be strictly forbidden? Is it biblical to give our infant care to the State?

Do you remember the slogan “I love my two mommies?” Now infant wear clothing is readily available on the Internet for proud lesbian parents. Will the State allow “Jesus is Lord” slogans on infant wear in State run Zero to Five pre-schools? Who will be the teachers that prepare our precious children for kindergarten? Will they have your Christian values? Will these teachers be Federal (State) certified? What then of the involvement of parents, grandparents and family love-ones who want to raise the children? Will the government allow resistant family members to raise their children or will that become a violation of State law and only allowed by special permit? Will the State, “for the common good” (socialistic lingo) of the child, force parents to participate through coercion like Federal tax credits or State fines imposed on parents for not participating in the plan? Will the children enter the States’ computer system? If so, what information will they collect and store on them? Will those records contain information about family members, political and faith information? How long will the computer information follow the children? Joe the Plummer would probably ask this question, “Who will be allowed to review those records and to what end?” Read the Obama-Biden Zero to Five Plan here:

I wrote an article “After Joshua: The generation that followed other gods” describing the godless mentors of the next generation. In the essay we discussed the public school systems poor ability to raise leaders. We also pointed to a generation of social experimentation on our children by godless mentors. The results have been discouraging to parents that believe their children are not rising to their potential. In fact we now have a generation of youth that can’t think for themselves and are barely able to hold down a job at the local Wal-Mart much less be the aspiring leaders and entrepreneurs of the future.

Scripture is clear the responsibility to raise children belongs to parents. To trust the State to raise your child is a very dangerous and unbiblical thing to do. As Christians we need to hold to the truth of our God and resist any further involvement by government to experiment with our nation’s greatest resource, our children.

"Lay up these my words in your heart and in your soul, and bind them for a sign upon your hand, that they may be as frontlets between your eyes. And ye shall teach them your children, speaking of them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, when thou liest down, and when thou risest up. And thou shalt write them upon the door posts of thine house, and upon thy gates: That your days may be multiplied, and the days of your children, in the land which the LORD sware unto your fathers to give them, as the days of heaven upon the earth" (Deuteronomy 11:18-21).

All government programs start off seemly beneficial, with voluntary incentives, and, as already said, “for the common good.” The clash of kingdoms and the culture wars, however, continue on. Let’s not be ignorant of the ominous dangers facing Christians and all conservatives and say no to these “Early Learning Challenge Grants.”

Children: Our most precious gift from God
written by Brian, November 11, 2008
Dear Sir Hines, Sr.

I agree with Jonas... our children are a heritage from the Lord and we would do well by protecting them from any wrong influence, they are our future. I don't know if you have children or not, because this issue concerns us, the parents -- The Christian Parent...

The Government run Public School system has failed are children in many ways and many of us don't spend enough time with our kids as is and now the government wants them at a younger age? Should we release our kids to a broken failing system? It is the parents responsibility to instill righteous morals and virtues in their Children not the Governments?

As believers we should unite and address these issues and not be apathetic to a culture that is growing rapidly anti-Christ and anti Christian morals. This is not about color or submission to government. This is about the well-being of our kids and our future.

Remember, Government is to serve the people, and not the other way around.

In a socialistic culture however, the people submit to government for the good of all. Our Nation is not structured that way. Government officials, including the President is accountable to the people.

The constitution says, "WE THE PEOPLE" and that includes CHRISTIANS. It's time to march for the well-being of our kids and our future.

Apostle
written by Senordor M. Hines, Sr, November 11, 2008
I have communicated with and read many books of Apostle Jonas Clark. I believe that his assignment to the Body of Christ is needed in this dispensation. For this reason, I am careful at what I am about to say.
Romans 13:1 (KJV) Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God.

Are there times when we should not submit to the government? We should never allow government to force us to disobey God. Jesus and his apostles never disobeyed the government for personal reasons; when they disobeyed, it was in order to follow their higher loyalty to God. Their disobedience was not cheap: they were threatened, beaten, thrown into jail, tortured, and executed for their convictions. Like them, if we are compelled to disobey, we must be ready to accept the consequences.

The reason I am responding this way is simple. We prayed for President Bush to be in office with all of his promises and many were disappointed. Now someone has been elected probably because of the votes of many believers. The obvious is this, his race not his policy is what is alarming to many. I have read the comments of Apostle Clark & Apostle Kimberly Daniels both of whom i have interceeded for and learn a great deal from their ministries. I believe those of you thathave positions of influence concerning Kingdom agenda should consider what you release. If and when God shows you an issue; direct the rest of us into an area of prayer. President - Elect Barak Hussein Obama has been chosen for one reason or another nevertheless I believe that if we pray for the will of the Father (not our will)concerning this nation.
Romans 11:17-24 (KJV) And if some of the branches be broken off, and thou, being a wild olive tree, wert graffed in among them, and with them partakest of the root and fatness of the olive tree; [18] Boast not against the branches. But if thou boast, thou bearest not the root, but the root thee. [19] Thou wilt say then, The branches were broken off, that I might be graffed in. [20] Well; because of unbelief they were broken off, and thou standest by faith. Be not highminded, but fear: [21] For if God spared not the natural branches, take heed lest he also spare not thee. [22] Behold therefore the goodness and severity of God: on them which fell, severity; but toward thee, goodness, if thou continue in his goodness: otherwise thou also shalt be cut off. [23] And they also, if they abide not still in unbelief, shall be graffed in: for God is able to graff them in again. [24] For if thou wert cut out of the olive tree which is wild by nature, and wert graffed contrary to nature into a good olive tree: how much more shall these, which be the natural branches, be graffed into their own olive tree?

God is able to work through President Obama also. I voted for him because I believe I was lead by the Spirit of God.
