Darwinists Launch Evolutionary War on Christianity

E-mail Print
Darwin’s book On the Origin of the Species was published 150 years ago. His “Theory of Evolution” says we all descended from a common ancestor. All living things – whether humans or animals, whether flora and fauna – came from a single source.

Moses’ book Genesis was published about 7,000 years ago. His Holy Spirit-inspired account also says we all descended from a common ancestor: Adam. All people – whether Jew or Gentile, whether man or woman – came from a single source.

Where Darwin and Moses differ is on the source of life. Simply stated, Darwin believed organic life evolved from a rock over time through the process of “natural selection” to create different species of organisms. Moses believed all life evolved from the Rock – our Lord.

Group Blasts Obama Administration Meetings with Atheist Lobbyists

E-mail Print
A recent disclosure that the Obama administration transition team met representatives of the atheist Secular Coalition for America to plot political strategy has prompted the national advocacy group In God We Trust to fight back. Today the organization's national chairman announced an unprecedented $1 million campaign to oppose attempts by the administration and Congress to curtail religious freedom and whitewash America's religious heritage.

"I doubt that any newly elected President has ever sat down with lobbyists for the American atheist movement to plot legislative strategy," says Bishop Council Nedd, In God We Trust's chairman. "Clearly the administration is planning to push the radical left's vision of a completely secular United States down the throats of ordinary Americans."

New Undercover Video Shows Tucson Planned Parenthood Hiding Rape of 15-Year-Old Girl

E-mail Print
TUCSON, AZ, Feb. 3 -- New hidden-camera footage from Tucson, AZ, implicates a third Planned Parenthood clinic in a multi-state child abuse scandal. In the video, UCLA student Lila Rose and her friend Jackie Stollar enter a Tucson Planned Parenthood clinic where Rose tells the nurse that Stollar, posing as a 15-year-old, is pregnant by her 27-year-old boyfriend. The nurse disregards the age difference and even cautions Stollar not to bring her "boyfriend" before the judicial hearing required in Arizona to waive parental consent for an abortion. This negligence is punishable under Arizona law.

"Is he not a minor?" the Planned Parenthood nurse, who identifies herself as Araceli, asks. When Rose says, "He's 27," the nurse urges the girls not to bring him to the hearing: "I wouldn't take him with me, no. I mean: don't take him."

WASHINGTON -- On the eve of Black History Month, the Pew Research Center's Forum on Religion & Public Life released a new analysis  that paints a detailed religious portrait of African-Americans. The analysis finds that African-Americans are markedly more religious than the U.S. population as a whole on a variety of measures, including reporting a religious affiliation, attendance at religious services, frequency of prayer and the importance of religion in people's lives.

Compared with other racial and ethnic groups, African-Americans are among the most likely to report a formal religious affiliation, with fully 87% of African-Americans describing themselves as belonging to one religious group or another. The analysis also finds that nearly eight-in-ten African-Americans (79%) say religion is very important in their lives, compared with 56% among all U.S. adults.

President Obama has been in office for a week. During those seven short days he’s signed executive orders to close Gitmo, provide funds for abortions around the world – and taken on the job “to communicate to the Muslim world that Americans are not your enemy.”

Those were Obama’s words in an interview with Al Arabiya, an Arabic-language news channel in Dubai from the White House. Obama also admitted that the U.S. “sometimes makes mistakes” but wants to restore “the same respect and partnership that America had with the Muslim world as recently as 20 or 30 years ago.”

Libertarian Party asks Congress to give everyone a “Tim Geithner tax break”

E-mail Print

Congress should give all taxpayers a “Tim Geithner tax break” by significantly simplifying the Internal Revenue Code, Libertarian National Committee chairman Bill Redpath said Monday.

“Congress should make sure what happened to Mr. Geithner, a finance professional, won't continue to happen to millions of average folks,” said Redpath.

“If the man running the IRS can't understand the tax code with a computer helping him, how can the average taxpayer hope to do his taxes without breaking the law?,” asked Redpath.
