With liberty and justice for all. If you could sum up Judge Roy Moore’s stance on politics, those six words would work nicely.
Like the prophet Daniel, Moore has taken an uncompromising stand on the Word of God. He has put the Lord ahead of everything – including his position as Alabama Supreme Court justice. Moore lost his seat on the bench when he refused to stop acknowledging God.
Now, Moore is looking to resurrect his public service career with a run for the governorship of Alabama in 2010. Moore would bring integrity, morality, and leadership to Alabama that is much needed in this hour and set an example for other states looking to rebuild trust in uncertain times.
I have talked to Judge Moore at length. He is passionate about Christ, passionate about the Constitution, and passionate about our nation. He is not afraid to stand up to those who publicly decry that America is no longer a Christian nation, nor does he cower from the challenges to restoring our Christian heritage in the face of cruel human secularism.
Alabama needs Moore in its top office. He will not bow down to the socialistic agendas of the Obama administration, nor will he bow down to the immorality in the land. Moore is God’s man for Alabama in this hour. He is well-prepared to usher in new liberty to the Southern state and inspire other Christians in politics to do the same.
Moore’s opponent is Rep. Artur Davis, a friend of President Barack Obama’s. Davis is supporting Obama’s agenda and would likely bring the same brand of politics to Alabama. What’s more, Davis is expected to receive tremendous support from Obama Democrats. Moore needs our support, and The Voice magazine is proud to endorse him.
You can help Judge Roy Moore in his campaign by visiting his Web site, www.Moore2010.com, donating to his campaign, and purchasing his book, “So Help Me God.”
It’s also important to keep Moore in your prayers. He has faced tremendous opposition in the past and there’s every reason to believe he will come under attack for his Christian beliefs during the campaign. God bless you, Judge.
